Let the good wine come to you!

Flicking through wine related articles on The Times I came across this very relevant piece by Nina Caplan (journalist and author of The Wandering Vine: Wine, The Romans and Me) titled “Bored with your go-to bottle? Try a high-end wine subscription service”. In the article Nina suggests that whilst she is grateful to all the delicious wines offerings, sometimes she wants the wines to come to her - and we couldn’t agree more.

In a world full of decisions, in a country with a bountiful array of diverse wines why not take away part of that decisions making process for a few bottles a month? The decision which remains yours is whether you want to discover hidden gems from smaller sized bodegas whilst thinking consciously about the environment as well as your palate. It sounds like a no-brainer to us, but maybe we are biased.

Our subscription service isn’t about CONVENIENCE, it’s about discovery!

Our Handpicked Spanish Wines subscription will take you on a flavour-packed journey across Spain, showcasing native grapes, both lesser and more-well known. You will experience wines from different regions from winemakers who are as enthusiastic about their wines as we are. From newer passion projects of bodegueros, to generational family businesses who have been making wine for decades. We are not only bringing you wine but stories and insights we have gained from having built relationships and getting deep into more detail than you’ll find elsewhere.

And yes, subscription services seem to be everywhere at the moment, from luxury toiletries to coffee - many of these relying on the convenience factor as their UPS. This is where we think we are trying to be different. We are not bringing you standard products you can easily purchase in one place and simply offering you a service out of convenience. We are providing you with a section of 6 handpicked tantalising wines alongside personally created educational content (including a podcast), we are supporting local artists and hosting events worthy of a more Spanish-like dinnertime.

We don’t want our Handpicked Spanish Wine box to seem just like any other delivery you receive, we want you to be excited to taste (and maybe even share) the wines, learn more about the diversity found across Spain and find out about local artists. We also want as many of you as possible to attend our events so we can grow our community and enjoy Spanish wines together.

As much as we love our offering if you have any questions do get in touch.
