Coupage & Collage

Coupage is the art of blending different grape varieties or wines to create a beautifully balanced flavour and aroma. Collage brings together different materials to form a layered artwork, rich in texture, depth and meaning. From the definitions alone, it’s easy to see why Coupage and Collage make the perfect pairing.Join us for a relaxed, inspiring evening designed to both enlighten and entertain. You’ll taste three delicious Spanish wines and learn why blending is such an important part of their creation. Alongside this, you’ll create your own unique collage, guided by artist @catherinefentonart
No experience is needed – just a curiosity for wine, creativity and a desire to enjoy a fun, friendly and light-hearted atmosphere.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX
Our unofficial launch party was all about good vibes and great wine. We cracked open our very first box to share with our amazing subscribers, friends, and family — the heart of our growing community. The celebrations continued with a laid-back seafood feast at local favourite Garelos, where the laughter flowed as freely as the Albariño.

Wine pairing dinner
We hosted an intimate three-course dinner at the exceptional Basque restaurant PerretxiCo Chamberí. Each dish was paired with a specially selected Spanish wine — but the real showstopper? A vertical tasting of Bierzo to accompany the entrecôte main, featuring four different vintages from the same producer, including a rare bottle dating all the way back to the 1980s. A once in a lifetime experience.
